lost / Damage Package Policy

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS or the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Contact your local USPS office
  3. Request a GPS Locate scan to verify delivery location

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

Please:

  • Check around your property
  • Ask neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local USPS office immediately

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos immediately
  • Keep all original packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours

Liability Notice

Kitty Badge Designs is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Transit damage caused by shipping carriers

Any claims related to shipping issues should be filed directly with USPS or the shipping carrier.
